Requirements to open an Early Start Treasure Chest Account

The form can be completed by relatives of the child to include parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, brothers, sisters. The ID, TRN and proof of income must be submitted by the person opening the account for the child.

Documents Required:

  • Completed Membership Application Form
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bills, post marked envelope with address Registered mail)
  • A certified photograph (no older than six (6) months)
  • A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Valid Identification of child, which can take the form of passport or School ID

"A minimum of $300 for minors birth -9 years old and $600 for minors 10 – 15 years of age."
